Manufacturing Maintenance Technician Job at Pactiv Evergreen - North America
$1,000 Sign-on bonus
Pay Rate: $24-35/hr DOE
Shifts Available: $.50 Shift Differential for Night Shift
Night Shift 7 PM-7 AM
Day Shift 7 AM-7 PM
Responsibilities:
- Ensure safety policies are followed, such as Lockout Tagout procedures, Critical Safety Rules, plant and department safety rules, PPE, MSDS policy and procedures, plant fire protection system alarms, and proper startup and shut down of all equipment,
- Complete work orders in an accurate and professional manner.
- Repair and troubleshoot AC and DC motor controllers, as well as single and three-phase electrical circuits, electronic drives, and PLC controls.
- Fabricate and install brackets and mounting for electrical boxes
- Replace brushes as needed in AC and DC motors.
- Examine thermoformers, trim presses, extrusion equipment, and support equipment for PMs.
- Perform diagnostics on all equipment and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems
