Are you a highly-energetic professional who enjoys work that makes a difference? As a Marketing and Administrative Assistant you will work with our marketing team to help make our initial client experiences amazing. You'll be collaborating with a small marketing team inside our company and assisting the sales team by answering the phones, social media campaigns, organizing events, and doing some routine tasks.

Work Responsibilities

You'll work with a marketing and sales team to assist with marketing campaigns and converting marketing-qualified leads into scheduled appointments with salespeople.

Success in this role will be defined by the timely completion of tasks, an engaging social media presence, and great phone skills to enable you to give clients a great welcome and schedule appointments.

  • Customer service via first contact (answering phones/email and calling outbound to schedule appointments)
  • Social media management (managing the social media calendar, organic posts and paid ads)
  • Showroom/Office always presentable (managing decor for the office, maintaining organization)
  • Timely completion of admin tasks (assisting the content manager in minor website edits, assisting designers and staff)
  • Event hosting for Lamont Bros internal and marketing events (hosting marketing events in the showroom, clients homes and regular company events)

Required Skill and Experience

Because this is an entry-level position, our expectation is not necessarily that you have extensive experience as a marketing assistant, but that you be teachable and excited to learn.

It's a bonus if you have experience with social media or running ad campaigns on google ads or Facebook ads.

To succeed in this job, you should be comfortable talking to new people, staying on top of multiple responsibilities, and creatively solving problems. You should also be prepared both to handle low-level admin requests that are highly defined and to take source material from the content manager and the videographer to create engaging social media posts. The ideal candidate for this position should be:


  • Highly organized

  • Able to handle multiple tasks at once
  • Able to learn, troubleshoot and problem-solve on their own
