JOB SUMMARY

The Marketing & Communications Assistant, will be 90% remote and under the general direction of the Principle, will assist in creating, organizing, coordinating and implementing the digital presence of OnlyOne Consulting, its related businesses and its owner.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Collaborates with the President and team to ensure brand consistency.

2. Communicate efficiently and effectively with clients, potential clients and community at large.

3. Introduce innovative communications and marketing efforts.

4. Market and create registration links and reports for ZOOM events.

5. Coordinate and administer live streamed events.

6. Draft and schedule weekly email blasts and social media posts.

7. Create digital marketing materials.

8. Update website, social media and vendor page content (events, video pages, etc.).

9. Develops and reports on engagement metrics from efforts launched on website, social media and vendor page content to determine ROI.

10. Manages multiple calendars and travel.

11. Acts as projects administrator to keep owner and team organized and on task.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

1. Strong organizational, communication and administrative skills demonstrating the ability to manage complex projects and multiple tasks. Fluency in social media and communications technology and the ability to participate in a team approach is essential. This position requires great flexibility and may involve some additional administrative or personal assistant duties.

2. Knowledge of use and reporting of email marketing software, social media tools, streaming software and videoconference software is required.

3. Knowledge and fluency in graphic design is required.

4. The ability to work with limited supervision and effectively relate to diverse groups of people, including business leaders, government officials, church, denominational, ecumenical and interfaith lay and clergy leaders is required.

5. Experience in managing calendars, travel, marketing, communications and public relations is required.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
