The Cotilla Beresh Gerow Luxury Team is in need of high energy, positive results-driven Marketing Assistant (Remote) to manage and execute the team's marketing plan, including overseeing as well as executing each component of the plan, the marketing plan for each listing, all lead generation programs, and the systems to track and cultivate leads generated. This position is fully remote.

This person must be friendly, professional, and positive with the ability to work well with others virtually as well as on their own, in a fast-paced environment. This position will be an integral part of the team and will report to the owners of the company.

Compensation:

• Salary Range is: $40,000-$50,000
• Paid Time Off (PTO)

$40,000 - $50,000

• Manage the brand and complete marketing plan and all of its components
• Manage and execute the marketing plan for each listing
• Be competent in all sales and marketing technology and systems
• Administer and manage the CRM systems
• Be experts on all relevant technology & able to assist agents/employees as needed
• Maintain and execute current processes in place and develop and implement updates as needed
• Design marketing collateral for each listing and for team branding as needed
• Develop, implement, and manage a new social media plan, utilizing all social platforms we deem appropriate
• Help to run Google Ad campaigns and handle all digital marketing for the company
• Create all marketing flyers, social posts, videos, and brochures as needed

• College Degree in Marketing or Related Degree
• Extensive knowledge of social media strategy and implementation of social media campaigns
• Bi-Weekly Newsletter E-Blast Campaigns
• Knowledge of Google Ad campaigns, social media marketing campaigns
• Knowledge of Canva, InDesign, and Photoshop needed
• Ability to learn new cloud-based software programs including CRM systems, project management systems, Microsoft Office, all top social media platforms, Google Drive, etc.
• Intermediate-to-Advanced Excel Skills (e.g., Sort, Filter, Tables)
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
• Creative with an eye for design
• This person must have a CAN and WILL DO attitude. This person will do everything they need to free their agents up to sell.
