Beautiful Skilled Nursing Facility located in Queens is seeking professional, reliable, and creative candidate to join our team. Our goal is to deliver the highest quality post-acute inpatient rehab and care through dedicated staff members that utilizes proven techniques and systems, and state of the art technology, all in a highly compassionate and newly decorated environment. Our main focus for this position is to establish strong connections with surrounding hospitals, physician offices, health insurances and clinics to increase patient referrals.
Seeking:
-Full-time candidate to take the role as a Marketer. Responsibility includes being the primary link between hospital case management or social work to ensure a smooth transition from hospital to skilled nursing with appropriate documentation and health insurance authorizations. In addition, keeping strong relationships with hospital staff in order to keep a clear line of communication.
Requirements (Preferred):
-Must have excellent communication skills
-Must be extroverted and willing to speak to new people
-Be creative when coming up with new ideas to attract clients. For example, event planning and promotional items
Essential Functions:
* Understand the importance of team work and being a team player, this position requires taking on a variety of different roles depending on daily needs.
* Willing to learn and adapt to different situations, especially when overcoming challenges and different opinions.
* Must be self motivated and can work well independently, while staying in constant communication. In others words, texting and phone calls will be required.
Full Time: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm or 10am to 6pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
