Marketing/Comm Coordinator-CYE Events Job at Andrews University
This position will be the primary communication/marketing manager for all CYE ministries. Example: 2024 Pathfinder Camporee, Youth congress, Childrens ministries, 180 Symposium, etc.

Duties and responsibilities
- Report to the Executive Director for assignments.
- Serve as a member of the Center for Youth Evangelism staff.
- Support all CYE ministries in marketing/communications master plans
- CYE and Camporee website content and design
- Monitor and create content for Facebook, twitter, snapchat and Instagram pages.
- Oversee creation of CYE ministry marketing videos
- Regularly send monthly cye newsletters
- Asst. Supervision of logistical aspects of conference planning
- Help build team of local volunteers to share responsibilities.
- Calling churches and pastors
- Maintain regular office hours.
- Must be able to work 4-5 events away from CYE each year
- Jobs as assigned
Supervisory responsibilities
Person may be in a supervisor roll for students workers and volunteers at CYE as needed throughout the year.Qualifications
- Bachelors degree preferred.
- Must be an excellent communicator.
- Must be a self-starter
- Must be able to multi-task and manage projects
- Use MAC OS system
- Excellent in writting skills
- Media experience
Must be a Seventh-day Adventist in good and regular standing.
