General Role responsibilities:
The Marketing Coordinators main responsibility is to organize, develop,and deliver company marketing materials needed for proposals, qualifications, experience packages, leave-behinds, online presence, and interviews. For the Marketing Coordinator to be effectiveat their job, they will need to communicate often with the Sales Team, Leadership Team, and our DesignTeam Partners Marketing Teams (for example, an architect we are teaming with for a pursuit).

Core Responsibilities:
  • Qualifications and Proposals. Develop and execute qualifications and proposal packages for the company. Proposal formats include, but are not limited to, OFCC 330 (or similar), unsolicited GSA proposals, Orange County (Florida) proposals, and invitation-only directly from clients.
  • Company Experience Marketing. Create market-specific, service-specific, or equipment-specific best of marketing content which highlights our promise to customers. You must coordinate with engineers to acquire project photos and client testimonies.
  • Presentation Materials for Interviews. Work with the pursuit team to develop content (photos and writing) for slide deck for presentations. For projects where the company is a subconsultant for the team, you will have to coordinate with marketing coordinators from other design firms (or contractors) to develop these presentations.
  • Sales Meetings. Attend Weekly Sales Meetings to develop your list of weekly deliverables.
  • General Marketing Materials. Lead department in producing marketing materials such as proposals, collateral, leave-behinds, mailers, email-blasts, gifts, supplies and materials for conferences, expos, all adhering to the annual marketing budget.
  • Online Presence. Lead department in the brand awareness of the company, specifically for company website, LinkedIn page, Facebook page, and other future social media pages.
  • Marketing Budget. Participate in the monthly marketing budget review. You will be responsible for outlining adhering to a monthly marketing budget.
Performance Measurement

  • Number of submissions of qualifications and proposal packages for target markets.
  • Number of Packages completed per quarter
  • Number of interviews the company participates in

  • Microsoft Office, InDesign, Adobe Creative Cloud, Typing, Spelling
