Job Description:

Dewberry is currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator for proposal efforts based in our Denver, CO, Rancho Cordova, or Long Beach, CA office. This position requires three to five years background in the A/E/C industry and will be a part of a collaborative team of marketers and business development professionals with resources to support this position’s success.

Dewberry offers a comprehensive and very competitive package of insurance programs to regular full-time employees and their eligible dependents the first of the month following their date of hire. Responsibilities:
  • Develop proposal responses working collaboratively with a local marketing team.
  • Responsible for a variety of proposal types, including state and local proposals and qualification packages, and assisting in oral presentations.
  • Prepare marketing collateral, including brochures, leave behinds, and other marketing materials.
  • Support business development and operational personnel in market research, competitor analysis, and client intelligence.
  • Record information in customer relationship management database (CRM).
  • Support the marketing department in day-to-day coordination efforts.
Required Skills & Required Experience:
  • BA or BS in Liberal Arts, Marketing, Communications, English, Business Administration, or equivalent experience required.
  • Three to five years of experience personally developing and producing proposals for the A/E/C industry.
  • Effective proposal coordination skills, including planning, organization, communication, and resource management skills.
  • Exceptional written and oral communications skills.
  • Experience with state/local proposal formats.
  • Must have strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Customer relationship management (CRM) database experience is also desired.
  • Ability to work within InDesign templates and comply with our corporate standards to present a consistent appearance/style.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Ability to manage time appropriately. Must have the availability to work overtime as necessary in order to meet business requirements and deadlines.
The projected salary range for this position is $53,000-$80,000 annually. Depending upon other factors, i.e., skills, experience, location, market conditions, the range may vary slightly.

Must have a valid driver’s license, good driving record and ability to pass a driving record background check.
