Marketing Coordinator
Propark Mobility is hiring a Marketing Coordinator to assist the marketing team with a variety of tasks and projects. Responsibilities will include development of proposal and presentation materials; technical writing; graphic design; and supporting both digital and communication efforts. This position will report to the VP of Marketing.

Headquartered in Hartford, Conn., Propark operates more than 750 locations in convenient markets across the United States.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Developing exceptional proposals and presentations that highlight and emphasize the differentiators associated with Propark’s approach and strategy for specific opportunities
- Responsible for gathering necessary content/data from various corporate departments and the field to complete due diligence forms/requests as necessary
- Develop high-quality, well-structured, compelling, and concise marketing collateral (i.e. case studies, white papers, infographics, etc.)
- Manage various online platforms and respond to customer inquiries
- Ensure the integrity and quality of internally stored content on the team's RFP content database by adding new records and updating existing content ad hoc and quarterly basis
- Create and manage campaigns and digital marketing initiatives across web, email, social, paid, and earned media
- Compile, analyze, and interpret the data surrounding various marketing efforts and initiatives to measure their impact and results (including Google Analytics / Google Ads, etc).
Work Experience/Knowledge Requirements:
- 2-5 years of Marketing and/or Communications experience
- Exceptional writing and copyediting skills with acute attention to detail
- Experience with formatting, reviewing, and proofreading of materials for content and grammar
- Experience with digital advertising platforms
- Ability to multi-task and manage time while remaining detail-oriented and producing accurate content
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel required
- Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite and InDesign is strongly desired
- Strong attention to detail and impeccable organizational skills
- Teamwork oriented with a desire to learn and improve
- Ability to work independently, and to be creative and intuitive, all while exercising sound judgment
