Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Marketing Manager provides executive-level strategic and developmental support in achieving brand-marketing and company objectives. The Marketing Manager is responsible for a wide range of projects and initiatives relating to building brand awareness, driving traffic, and supporting the guest experience across our portfolio of restaurants.

Recurring Processes

Ensure the consistent and efficient execution of all recurring Marketing Manager processes:

• Manage communications with the operations team
• Proofing and traffic control of printing projects
• Update and manage digital marketing and ordering platforms
• Maintain companys email / SMS database
• Oversee social media marketing
• Positively contribute to local store marketing
• Promo reporting and data analytics

Creative Initiatives

Support the development and implementation of various creative initiatives:

• Graphic design support
• Develop fresh, sharp and interesting ad and website copy
• Support and contribute to advertising campaign ideation
• Support and contribute to promotional events

Qualifications

• Artistic and uncompromising graphic aesthetic
• Ability to articulate brand values through writing
• Basic understanding of graphic design programs (Illustrator, In-design, Photoshop)
• Previous hospitality experience a plus
• Marketing degree a plus
• Naturally curious problem-solver who can enjoy the fun in a little bit of chaos
• Passionate and genuine service-oriented disposition is a must!
