MARKETING MANAGER

WAYBACK BURGERS HEADQUARTERS (JAKE’S FRANCHISING, LLC)
CHESHIRE, CT

The team responsible for Wayback Burgers is developing am exciting new restaurant concept and is searching for a marketing manager with fresh ideas and all-in attitude to lead the charge.

Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Marketing Manager will manage, execute, and analyze a variety of marketing initiatives. This fast-paced and exciting role is integral in expanding our business by implementing various marketing tactics geared toward driving sales and building brand awareness.

This role will be a critical bridge between Wayback Burgers in-house Marketing Team and our new concept. Based at our headquarters in Cheshire, CT with the possibility of partial remote working.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Work closely with Marketing and Creative Departments to define and grow the brand voice, visual identity and strategy
• Identify, design and implement multiple integrated marketing programs to promote several brands
• Provide local marketing support - including collateral, event management, grassroots marketing, etc.
• Present work to leadership team and influence creative decision making

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience working in advertising, campaign creation, social media, product marketing, branding, photography, film and video.
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite
• Experienced with social content strategy and production
• Entrepreneurially-minded, get-it-done attitude
