Job Summary:

The TH Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting the execution of the TH Brand Global Go to Market strategies, including the development of seasonal advertising campaigns, and product and POS assets. The role works closely with global MGI marketing teams to help support of implementation of GTM plans at the regional levels. Supports VP Marketing in budget planning and management of Global Marketing cost centers.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manages Seasonal Briefings for Creative content- including Adv. campaign lifestyle and product imagery, digital and social content. Coordinates execution with PVH Creative – reviews and communicates approvals and uploads all content to Brandfolder.
  • Supports local shoots and project briefings for local celebrity and influencer campaigns. Aligns execution with regional MGI teams and PVH Creative. Communicates creative direction/ Manage Asset Guidelines.
  • Manages supplemental Creative projects with external vendors such as beauty imagery/social content and product animations.
  • Provides global E-com digital support: assists with landing page layouts/ content review and approvals/ PDP Content and UCG execution, infographics.
  • Oversees Packaging development for standard WOT, T. Jeans, THJ, and Capsule collections, manages HHG partnership.
  • Responsible for vendor relationship with TH Interactive Retail Units; manages sku and video content updates, provides direction and manages new software projects to enhance content/ consumer journey – oversees implementation.
  • Supports development of displays/POS fixturing with external vendors and PVH VM. Works with brand controller to oversee seasonal forecasts needs and inventory management.
  • Supports the VP in management of Global Marketing Budget, manages accounting/tracking for MGI Credit investments.
  • Communicates regularly with the regional marketing teams regarding local projects, and Global directives.
  • Oversees the preparation of Seasonal Training documents and VM Directives.
  • Administrator and maintenance on marketing portals (i.e., BrandFolder) PO creation and tracking, Sample management.


Job Requirements:


Requirements:

  • Degree in sales/marketing or a related field
  • 3+ years’ experience in brand or trade marketing at similar level
  • Experience in adv. campaign creation and Celebrity Talent partnerships
  • Strong Social Media acumen
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, oral and written communication
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and quick study for internal platforms: SAP, VALO, Smartsheet, SharePoint, Job Tracker, etc.
