Marketing Specialist - Berrien Springs (Full-Time)
SUMMARY:
SUMMARY:
- Responsible for developing and implementing digital, online and mobile strategies that contribute to membership growth and sales.
- Responsible for owning, managing and supporting social media advertising, search engine marketing (SEM), email marketing and copywriting, outdoor digital signs, search engine optimization, online directory listings, text message marketing and lobby TV displays.
- Builds, drafts and manages all email campaigns and marketing automation through email marketing system and/or customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Maintains and promotes a high degree of collaboration with internal marketing department as well as external third-party vendors.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: College degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related field; or an equivalent combination of training and work experience.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products and familiarity with Adobe Photoshop & In Design is a plus. Previous work experience within a CRM or similar solution not required but also viewed as a plus. In-depth knowledge of social media outlets, copywriting, search engine marketing, email marketing and other current digital platforms required.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: One to three years of similar digital work experience is required.
