An established worldwide online gaming operator is looking for a Marketing Specialist (LATAM) to join their international Marketing team. This is a Remote role you can be based in Brazil or Uruguay
The Marketing Specialist will work closely with the marketing team to promote the business in the Latin American regions by creating marketing campaigns targeting new customer sign ups and work on retention of the current customer base.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ownership of the LATAM content, ensure the site is fully localized for the LATAM market
- Responsible for promoting the brand on betting forums, responding to customer feedback, and managing negative content
- Work with the Marketing team to create content for the site
- Work hand in hand with the Affiliate and CRM teams to promote the brand in the LATAM regions
- Work closely with the CRM team to ensure that country specific promotions are communicated to the players
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create acquisition and retention campaigns
Knowledge & Experience:
- Fluent in Spanish or Portuguese and English, verbal, and written communication
- 2-4 years of iGaming experience with at least 1 year in a similar role
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Sportsbook knowledge is an advantage
- Experience leading affiliate programs and working with affiliates
- Merchandise experience, SEO, and SCO experience.
- Regulation knowledge within the LATAM region especially of Brazil (Peru, Mexico, and Chile are a plus)
