Working Hours: 8:00am – 4:30pm (flexible)
Salary: GS-13 $97,825.00-$127,170.00
GS-14 $115,599.00-$150,278.00
Full Performance level: GS-14
Number of Positions Available: Multiple
Duration: Full Time/Permanent

Mission Statement:
The mission of the FBI is to protect the American People and uphold the Constitution of the United States.
Major Duties:
Leads a team of program analysts and other construction support staff to direct, coordinate, and oversee construction projects of varying complexity and dollar value.
Develop, schedule, coordinate, and manage construction projects and resources; assess and mitigate risks; ensure products/services fulfill contract requirements and standards.
Conduct cost-benefit analyses; quantify tangible and intangible benefits and ensure that construction program objectives align with corporate strategy.
Analyze, justify, and recommend work to be contracted; provide technical requirements; plan work schedules and deadlines; support inspections and provide overarching project technical support.
Work with internal stakeholders to develop project requirements; provide expertise/insight related to constructability and have experience presenting ideas orally and in writing for decision making. Provide well-researched, viable recommendations to solve project budget, schedule or performance issues.
Serve on working groups to enhance FBI@Redstone campus expansion efforts to include contract award, project change orders and compliance with governance processes.

Specialized Experience (SE):
GS-13: Applicant must possess at least one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level. SE is defined as follows:
Experience with automated project management software in order to efficiently and effectively manage projects and produce reports, charts, graphs, etc.to represent project needs and health.
Experience using qualitative and/or quantitative methods for the assessment and improvement of the effectiveness of facilities management acquisition, construction and renovation projects.
GS-14: Applicant must possess at least one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level. SE is defined as follows:
Experience developing, monitoring, and evaluating short and long-range project plans, goals, objectives and milestones for compliance to larger program goals.
Experience in Project Management, Project Budget Oversight, and Construction Management Experience.
Experience managing large-dollar, complex acquisition construction projects within a government, public sector or military portfolio
