Job Summary: The Master Scheduler is an energized and independently driven change management leader on the StandardAero team. The successful candidate will be data-driven, demonstrate clarity of thought and inspiration in speech. Success in this role will be characterized by your inclination towards action and desire to innovate. Responsibilities: - Success in this role will require that the candidate be especially capable working with and in large data sets, performing detailed analysis and presenting relevant findings to all levels of the organization. - Maintain the site Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and capacity planning model while providing timely feedback and advice concerning manpower planning. You will also have responsibility for review of NPI as it pertains to load capacity and you will participate in the development of responses to external customers for load capacity and capability inquiries. - Participate in the development and execution of a strategic roadmap for all operational excellence activities aligned with overall business strategy - Lead or participate in continuous improvement and kaizen activities for the site - Join a team of existing lean facilitator captains for assigned continuous improvement or kaizen activities - Lead or participate in training for all site continuous improvement and lean facilitator training - Review past due causes and focus on trends in capacity and material causes - Ability to travel domestically and/or internationally < 5% - Other duties as assigned Position Requirements: - Sales & Operations Planning experience desired - Capacity planning in a job shop environment valuable. - Strong data analytics experience and savvy - Ability to analyze business and operations processes and to synthesize that input into robust solutions. - Liaison between both internal and external customers. - Bachelor’s degree (all disciplines encouraged to apply) preferred but not required if experience commensurate. - Knowledge and proficiency with MS excel and/or MS Access, Minitab a plus. - Comfortability with SQL type queries and ERP databases desired. - Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
