Responsibilities:
- Select, accumulate, pack and ship items for inter-plant shipment by freight, company truck, common carrier, etc.
- Weigh, address, mark, stencil and/or tag containers and keep appropriate records.
- Operate input-output control station, enter data, and perform manual updating with error correction for inventory control purposes.
- Pick up empty and deliver full pans, fill kanban parts.
- Adapt to new methods, processes, material and equipment.
- Function and interact in close cooperation with other members of the CNHi team.
- Utilize proper radio etiquette.
- Must follow daily/weekly cleaning calendar to maintain 5S in the work area.
- Complete & participate in HERCAs, EWOs, LEWOs, SEWOs.
- Must be able to read, understand, and follow work instructions, SOP’s and OPL’s.
- Employee is required to have regular attendance and timely adhere to set work schedule.
- Duties may include all or a portion of, but not limited to the above. Other duties as assigned.
- Meet physical requirements of the position.
- No disciplines for any reason within the last twelve months of active employment.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, planning and problem-solving skills.
- Experience using computers and Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, Power Point and Outlook highly preferred.
- Demonstrate role model safety behaviors.
- Ability to work independently while also delivering results needed (KPI’s)
