Salary Range:

· $58,000- $65,000

Summary:

• Supervise, own, and maintain materials supply and return process for all facilities
• Identify relevant and actionable KPIs and lead indicators of the area and team performance and develop methods of collection and reporting
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations

Duties/Responsibilities

· Supervise all materials supply and return operations for Rhode Island, Utah, and third-party locations

· Supervise daily activities of the materials supply and return team and processes

· Oversees the daily collection and input of statistical data in support of measuring KPI’s

· Assists in the development of improved work processes and procedures that enhance materials supply and line uptime, while increasing inventory accuracy and is responsible for achieving the incremental results from the implementation of these improvements

· Schedule and oversee inventory team to meet the demands of the organization, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime

· Meet regularly with warehouse, production, planning and procurement managers and supervisors to review, analyze, and develop actionable plans for inventory accuracy, continuous improvement, and team development

Required Skills/Abilities:

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Professional Experience
• 4+ years’ experience in a warehousing, inventory role
• 1+ year leadership experience
• Proficient knowledge of manufacturing industry and inventory management
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work cross functionally with all levels of company staff
• Comfortable with a degree of autonomy, self-starter

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual (English, Spanish)
• Experience in supply chain, business, or engineering
• Exposure to ERP/WMS
