Certified Medical Assistant Job Description
Aura Grace Aesthetic Medicine is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to join our team. We are a fast-paced Medical and Aesthetic group in Yuma, Az. We are looking for a strong team player who is detail orientated, has excellent customer service, and can multitask.
Job Duties Include but not limited to:
- Measure and record vital signs
- Prepare patients for examinations
- Obtain blood samples
- Provide patients with IVs
- Adhere to patient privacy at all times
- Obtain Urine samples/testing
- Prepare and send referrals
- Obtain prior authorizations for patients
- Provide patients with provider-approved injections
- Schedule and reschedule appointments for providers if needed
- Regular communication with providers regarding patient care
- Assist providers as necessary with tasks assigned
- Perform all services reflective of Aura Grace Aesthetic Medicine protocols.
Job Requirements:
- Active CMA Licence
- 5 years experince
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- Outstanding people skills and a warm, friendly manner.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and to lift 50 pounds.
- Ability to maintain client confidentiality.
