Our provider has gone to the best school and training programs in the country and will all share her clinical knowledge with you as you work side by side. You will be part of a team, who's dedication is to provide the best patient experience. Alongside their provider, peers, and other team members, you will learn how private healthcare operates.

We are looking for staff at our Lenox Hill office who is available 4 days per week. The position comes with benefit such as medical benefits, paid time off, 401k match, HSA contributions, and even pet insurance.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Gather patient data, record data in EMR, and share that information with the provider they are assisting
• Set up equipment and/or surgical trays for procedures to be performed by licensed practitioners
• Prep patients for the application of Levulon, blue light services, Cool Sculpting, or laser services
• Prepare the patient's skin for the numbing cream to be applied
• Assist patients in the lightbox for phototherapy
• Communicate with patients as directed by the provider
• Send medications ordered by the provider to the patient's pharmacy
• Properly care for all equipment used to practice dermatology
• May be asked to do additional tasks for office and patient care when working in office as needed

Qualifications

• COVID-19 Vaccination required
• Candidates may submit proof of medical or religious exemption
• Must be computer savvy and familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Excellent patient relation and customer services skills
• Open availability to work during weekdays and weekends
