Medical Assistant- Men's Residential Job at Sun Street Centers
Sun Street Centers King City, CA 93930
Responsible for facilitating the operation of a Residential facility, serving the special needs of program participants involved with the behavioral health or criminal justice system who are under the influence of alcohol or other drugs. Provide medical observation and substance abuse referral. Maintain safe, cooperative, caring atmosphere.
NOTE: Employees will be required to be fingerprinted and will be subject to clearance by the department of Justice.
Vaccination with Booster, health screening and TB Testing are a required for this position.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in the alcohol and drug addictions field and residential treatment program a plus; if in recovery, approved amount of time in continuous sobriety. Emergency Medical Technicians, nursing students, VNA experience, are encouraged to apply and must have proof of basic safety training
