We have an immediate full time position available for a front desk receptionist, plastic surgeon's office, fluent in English, Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish). Experience preferred in plastic surgery in Coral Gables.
You must have general computer knowledge, excellent phone etiquette, good customer service skills, friendly personality, strong work ethics, dependable, problem solving skills, and multi-tasking capabilities.
Looking to hire a highly professional and detailed oriented individual with superior communication skills.
Some responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Scheduling appointments, greeting patients, answering telephone calls, maintain inventory retail, preparing consent, ordering supplies, ordering printing material, and covering other employees.
