RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for laboratory testing, quality control, phlebotomy, instrument maintenance and troubleshooting
- Perform manual and automated routine blood test
- Prepare specimens for microscope examination
- Operate laboratory equipment including centrifuges, dry bath incubators, and blood bank refrigerators
QUALIFICATIONS
- A.A./A.S. degree required
- Florida Technician License required
- National lab certification preferred.
- Minimum of four years experience in the healthcare field
- preferably in a clinical setting is required
- BLS certification preferred
