Medical Office Assistant - Latta, South Carolina Job at CareSouth Carolina
JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsible for scheduling and greeting patients, answering the telephone, maintaining daily patient logs and journals, and compiling utilization statistics. Provides basic assistance to the clinical employees and assisting patient needs.
SKILLS/EDUCATION: High School diploma/GED equivalent required. A Medical Office Assistant certificate strongly preferred. Six-twelve months medical office experience preferred. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required. Excellent customer service skills required.
HOURS: This is a full time position, 40 hours per week, working 8:30-5:00 Monday-Friday.
LOCATION: Latta, SC
Proof of full vaccination for COVID-19 must be presented prior to beginning work with CareSouth Carolina. Full vaccination is receipt of both doses of the Moderna or Pfizer vaccine or one dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine.
