Medical Front Office Specialist / Pay rate $19-$23/hour
This is a great opportunity to work for wonderful physician in a primary care practice who over the years, has developed an outstanding reputation in the community. In this role, you will handle a variety of medical office responsibilities including phones, scheduling appointments and managing pre-authorizations and referrals. We rare looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years of medical office experience with strong EMR skills, the ability to multitask and excellent customer service.* Heavy telephone contact; able to type thorough, detailed messages, patient reminders and recalls , scanning
* Experience with prior authorizations and referrals a benefit
* Heidis other record requests
* EMR competent, scheduling, knowledge of medications
* Check in and out patients
* Liaison with billing company
* Ordering office supplies
Requirements: Articulate, intelligent, amiable individual, team-player. Would like at least three prior years' experience in a medical office.
Hours: Mon/Tues/Thurs/Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. / Wednesday: 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Full Time with Medical Benefits
