Medical Receptionist Job at Pediatrics at Newton Wellesley
Newton Pediatric Office is looking for an energetic and fun candidate to work their front desk and to be the friendly face of their busy medical practice.
The qualified candidate will be responsible for answering heavy phone volume, electronic appointment scheduling, insurance verification, patient registration, report compiling, assist with Rx refills and various other clerical duties.
Required qualifications:
* Working knowledge of electronic medical record software (EMR), experience using EPIC highly preferred
* Prior medical office experience (not less than one-year)
* Able to demonstrate proficient PC skills
* Professional phone manner and attitude
* Detail oriented and team player
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced and noisy environment
* Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
Position is full-time (4 day work week) with excellent salary and benefits. Sign on bonus available!

Pay: $22.00 - $24.50 per hour
