Medical Receptionist/Medical Assistant Job at BASS MEDICAL GROUP
Surgical practice seeks a full-time Medical Receptionist/Medical Assistant in our Morgan Hill and Campbell offices. This position is ideal for an individual who enjoys working and learning in a fast-paced environment. You will have a high degree of responsibility and independence.

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING IN A MEDICAL OFFICE. Externships of 3 months or more may count as experience working in a medical office.
This position consists of front office duties (75%) and back office duties (25%) including:
Responsibilities:
- Check in patients, room patients, and check out patients
- Schedule patients for appointments, imaging studies, and procedures
- Obtain insurance authorizations
- Answer phone calls from patients, make phone calls to patients
- Assist with chart preparation
- Assist with room set up
- Assist with procedure set up
Requirements:
- Must be fully Covid vaccinated
- Must have experience working in a medical office
- Fast learner with 'can-do' attitude
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with eagerness to learn
- Detail-oriented
- Able to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing situations
- Team-player with strong communication skills, able to work well with others
- Maintain a professional demeanor and provide excellent customer service at all times
Compensation: is based on experience and skill set.
