JOB DESCRIPTION:
Under the direction of the Medical Staff Recruitment Leader the Medical Staff Onboarding Coordinator will be the main point of contact for newly recruited medical staff members, locums and staff from network affiliates who will be working at CVMC and PMC. The Onboarding Coordinator is responsible for the management and oversight of the medical staff onboarding and off boarding processes. The Coordinator provides concierge-level service to our medical staff, to guide them through the required onboarding processes from offer acceptance to start date, including but not limited to tracking Medical Staff credentialing, pre-employment HR requirements, operational readiness, and relocation support. In addition this individual will provide administrative support in the functional areas of the department. Will build strong relationships and efficiently communicate with all levels of staff within CVMC, PMC, as well as Network and external stakeholders.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor degree required.
EXPERIENCE:
3 to 5 years’ experience in a Human Resources or customer service setting. Healthcare experience highly desirable.
