What we need from you:

· Perform medication set-up and assist residents on the Medication Program with the self-administration of their medications

· Must be able to set up, record and assist with medications as ordered by physicians and/or at the direction of the RN and RSD.

· Provide medication assistance documentation per policy and state requirements including:

o Document medication assistance on Medication Assistance Records (MARs) immediately after assistance

o Leaves no blanks on MARs

o Document reasons for PRN medication on reverse of MARs and effectiveness of medication

· Must have criminal record clearance prior to initial presence in the community

· Must pass all health screen such as Physical, TB, Drug test

· Must have current basic first aid or obtain within first 30 days of hire.

• Must be fully vaccinated against Covid 19 or must willing to get fully vaccinated.
