Member Experience Representative – KelseyCare Operations Job at Kelsey-Seybold Clinic
Responsibilities
The (MER) Member Experience Representative supports the Enrollment department with member outreach activities to ensure a positive customer experience. The MER performs surveys via outbound telephone calls to health plan members regarding routine physical reminders, disenrollment activities and assist with other outbound call campaigns.
The Member Experience Representative maintains the Representative Form Data Base and assist with all clerical activities within Enrollment department including but not limited to processing and scanning release of information forms, member reimbursement requests, incoming correspondence, and other duties as assigned.

Salary Range: $44,762.00 – $55,307.00 (Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.)

Education
Required: High School Diploma or GED from an accredited program.

Experience
Required: 1-year customer service experience in a contact center environment.

Required: Excellent customer service and telephone etiquette.

Required: Critical thinking skills; computer literate. Ability to remain focused and on task while maintaining a professional attitude. Ability to multi-task
