Allied Residential Care is the leader in the growing field of residential mental health care services. We are looking to add a full-time MHP to our team!

The Position: We are looking for an individual to help provide crisis intervention and behavioral intervention and support. Help facilitate therapeutic groups and document accordingly. Create initial Behavior Support Plan (BSP) and update as needed/required. Assess for any needs or gaps in services and assist with obtaining/applying for services. Complete initial personal safety plan and update as needed. Chart in a timely and efficient manner and in accordance with state regulations. Coordinate care for residents with nursing staff, caregivers, activities coordinator, managers, and director of the facility as well as providers from the community. As well as any other tasks that will be directly given to you by the lead MHP.

Shift: Monday - Friday 9 am to 5 pm (or as needed for facility needs)

Starting pay is $31 to 33/hr.

Requirements:

· Master’s or Bachelors' degree in Social Work, Counseling, or equivalent (must meet WA state criteria for Mental Health Professional)

· Good verbal and written communication skills

· Must be able work well in a team setting

Responsibilities:

- Must be able to document clinical interventions and observations

- Must be able to be flexible due to fluctuating needs of clients

- Must be proficient in using word and similar computer programs

- MHPs manage staff interactions with clients and provide feedback and education on interactions

- Providing behavior support on the floor
