Work as a member of a SUD (Substance Use Disorder) clinical team, splitting time between the Women's and Men's Residential facilities. As well as providing leaderdhip and clinically appropriate services to adults in gender specific residential programs. Responsibilities include:

• Diagnose and treat mental and emotional disorders related to and/or caused by substance abuse.
• Provide clinical services including diagnostic evaluations, case evaluations, and crisis intervention.
• Provide individual, group, and family counseling, and some case management services.
• Provide mental health screenings, engagement, and counseling for adults.
• Develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with other agencies.
• Lead psychoeducational, skill development, and process groups.
• Provide leadership to SUD counselors.
• Document clinical activity, present diagnostic and interview findings, clinical evaluations, and recommendations.
• Maintain clinical records in accordance with regulations and established program policies and procedures.
• Cooperate and work with other agencies and practitioners regarding mutual clientele.
• Provide back-up to on-call staff with respect to decision making, as needed.

Required Credentials:

Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or closely related field.

Licensure within 6 months.

Preferred Credentials (In Addition to Above):

Six month's experience as a Substance Abuse Counselor, Mental Health Clinician with SUD background, Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC 1 OR 2), or similar position.

Spanish First-Language preferred.

Ability to obtain QMHP within two years.

Pay range depends on experience and level of candidate.

Must be able to pass a background check.
