Mental Health Therapist Job at REGENCY HOME HEALTHCARE
Join us - Opportunity for a Full-time or Part-Time Mental Health Therapist in Maple Grove, MN.
We are offering a hybrid work model, where you have the flexibility to manage your own schedule and see clients both in person and virtually.
Salary Range: $60k - $80k, access to a 401k plan, Paid Time Off, stipend for office decorations and supplies.
The Position:
We are looking for therapists who are passionate about helping others, and who ultimately value the power of the therapeutic relationship. Your caseload is essentially your own clinic, meaning you can utilize whichever therapy modalities work for you, or work for your clients as long as you have the appropriate training to do so. We are seeking candidates who are able to build a caseload independently, which means that being business-minded is an important quality. We will assist through the process of credentialing to ensure you can work with the patients you desire. Candidates must maintain a caseload of 25 appointments per week to be considered Full-Time.
Requirements:
1. Master’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
2. Current license in the State of Minnesota LPCC, LMFT or LICSW.
3. 2-5 years of experience in Mental Health field.
4. Experience in other mental healthcare settings which offer higher level of care (i.e., Day Treatment, PHP, Intensive Outpatient, or Inpatient) is preferred.
5. Self-Motivated and willing to take on new ventures.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Outpatient Therapy and perform comprehensive diagnostic assessments, mental status exams, and other assessments as needed.
- Communicates effectively and in accordance with agency requirements.Maintain documentation
- Initiates actions to improve the quality of patient care. Takes appropriate actions independently and responsively. Initiates outside referrals as needed in accordance with appropriate level of care.
- Participates in ongoing, professional self-development.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
