Mental Health Therapist - Idaho Falls Office

KLWA is seeking licensed clinicians (LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LCPC, PsyD, or Ph.D.) to join our team of talented and caring therapists delivering virtual mental health care.

Our practice is designed to let you focus on the work you love - we build out your client list for you and handle all of the administrative work outside of charting. You’ll have the flexibility to take on as large or as small of a caseload as you would like, practicing in person at our office in Idaho Falls, ID or from the comfort of your own home. Our work is in high demand, offering you the ability to specialize in serving specific groups of people or practice specific therapeutic modalities.

You’ll receive the training and support you need for a successful career in clinical social work.

Job Description for Remote Mental Health Therapist

Compensation:

• Starting at $60,000 to $90,000 per year ($30 to $50 / hour)
• Company matched 401k retirement plan & insurance for full time employees.

Minimum requirements:

• LMSW, LCSW, LPC, LCPC, or LMFT.
• We love working with new grads - we'll help you learn everything you need to launch an amazing career. Plus, we pay you during your supervision hours for licensing.
• Self motivated and self managing. Much of our work is completed solo and we trust you to manage yourself.
• Kind, friendly, personable demeanor. We love working with positive people. So do our clients.

What does an average week look like?

• Schedule meetings with clients and families.
• Provide thoughtful and considerate evaluation and treatment for clients.
• Actively participate in client care planning and treatment implementations.
• Maintain EMR charting for each client.
• Grow in your career and skillset with paid training and support from our team.
