Kindred Connections Therapy Center (KCTC) is serving children, youth and families providing trauma based mental health therapy throughout the Dayton, Trotwood, Harrison Township and Jefferson areas. We are currently seeking fee for service therapists, part-time and full-time hours are available.

Work as few as 12 hours or as many as 40 hours a week. We value collaboration and community and utilize a team approach to create a supportive and positive work environment. Free clinical supervision towards licensure available for LSW clinicians. Regular free CEU opportunities. You will be thoroughly familiarized with CBT, EMDR and Motivational Interviewing interventions.

Location- Englewood, OH

Responsibilities:

• Provide school based and outpatient mental health therapy to children and adolescents
• Provide one on one skill building intervention with clients
• Provide trauma informed mental health therapy and psycho-education to adults and families
• Provide services based on individualized treatment plans
• Therapist will use evidence-based trauma practice/interventions to provide counseling to clients in accordance with their needs
• Document all activities using Therapy Notes EMR system
• Accurately complete timesheets and written progress reports
• Create a safe, comfortable and professional work environment at all times
• Attend monthly supervision meetings

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills-written and verbal
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher required
• Must have Licensure for Licensed position: LSW, LISW, LPC
• Driver’s License and registered vehicle
• Dependable, creative and enjoys helping others
• Must have a passion for learning and strong problem-solving skills

Preferred Licensed Master's Level Therapist (LSW, LISW, LPC)

3 years experience working in the Mental Health field

Licensed Candidate will need to have or willing to obtain:
- Professional Liability Insurance
- Criminal Background Check
-Complete CAQH
-NPI #
Experience working in an outpatient mental health setting is preferred, but not required.
