Responsibilities:
  • Support and routinely assess Crew Services Training Programs
  • Promotes performance expectations through verbal and written evaluations
  • Assumes a proactive role in creating and implementing policies and procedures for Learning Design & Training team.
  • Oversees the successful completion of Training Lead assigned projects through appropriate planning
  • Responsible for monitoring project progress, inspecting completed work for quality and evaluating project success
  • Identifies areas of deficiency within the training curriculum, applicable training materials, forms and documents.
  • Creates innovative solutions leveraging technology to drive an effective training environment.
  • Directly responsible for the execution of all classroom instruction and training events.
  • Responsible for creating the classroom and Instructor observation schedule and tracking feedback
  • Generates project progress reports and identifies next steps
  • Responsible for the scheduling of CS Trainers and collaborates with the Program Lead, Administration to ensure adequate coverage for the Training schedule
  • Monitors equipment and classroom supplies and communicates new orders
  • Responsible for conducting regular classroom observations and audits, analyzing data and trends and providing feedback to Instructors and the Crew Services Leadership Team
  • Assists as a Training Instructor, as needed, based on operational needs.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required)
  • 5-7 years’ experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and PowerPoint is required
  • Knowledge and experience utilizing Articulate
  • Build Relationships, Develop People, Lead Change, Inspire Others, Think Critically, Communicate Clearly, Create Accountability
  • Natural born leader with proven ability to drive change
  • Must have excellent planning and organizational skills as well as strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Candidate must be a self-starter, work well with minimum supervision and be capable of consistently meeting deadlines under pressure while managing several programs and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Domestic & International travel approximately 25% of time
  • Exerts up to 10 lbs. of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
  • Involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
  • Must be present at the Worksite 100% of the time
