FT BI-LINGUAL FAMILY CASE MANAGER (BFCM)
Are you passionate about the needs of the Roanoke Valley’s Hispanic community? Would you like to use your Spanish language skills helping families achieve self-sufficiency? CHIP of the Roanoke Valley is a home visiting program caring for pregnant women and families with children ages 0-7. We are searching for a candidate who will create meaningful relationships with our Spanish-speaking clients to build on their strengths and create a difference in their lives. Job duties include: home visits, prenatal/parental education, developmental assessments and providing resources to families.
Job Summary:
Full Time – Monday through Friday with Flexible Work Hours
