Mission Support Scheduler

Contingent upon contract award
Location: Holloman AFB, NM

Job Summary

The primary duty is to provide efficient and effective scheduling of support for 49 OG mission supported events. The Mission Support Scheduler (MSS) will maintain communication with the FTU squadron scheduling shops.

Responsibilities

• Will compile the daily event support schedule after the daily schedule for all flying squadrons are released, usually by 1500 local.
• Shall assign SMOs to ATD missions, flight events, DTT events, and any CTT training as required.
• Will post the schedule NLT 1630 local and the schedule shall be made available to the 16 TRS/COR and 16 TRS/DO for periodic review.
• Will not directly adjust crews to meet SEAL requirements.
• Coordinate with FTU squadron scheduling shops to help meet SEAL requirements. 1.2.5.1.2 on days when weather, maintenance, or other unplanned events affects the schedule.
• Be prepared to coordinate with the SDD to execute the appropriate contingency plan. No later than the next duty day
• Reports to the Site-Lead the results of executing the contingency plan.

• Must have at least six (6) months experience in scheduling and schedule execution with either of the following: PEX, GTIMS, or other similar scheduling tools.
• Must have six (6) months experience managing resources or people.
• Must be able to multi-task and coordinate with multiple other units on a daily basis.
• Must have an Intermediate Level Proficiency of Microsoft Office suite of products.
• Six (6) months of records management experience.
• Minimum of SECRET Security Clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

• A military background with MQ-1/9s is desired, but not required.
