Pay: $18.70 - $22/hour depending on experience

Hours/Shifts: 3rd

3rd 12:00am - 8:00am

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Tends heated presses that mold and cure.
- Moves mold to press, using powered truck or hand truck.
- Sprays inner surface of mold with lubricant to prevent rubber from sticking.
- Positions preform rubber per instructions in mold cavity or transfer pot.
- May insert metal parts in mold cavities to join with rubber during process.
- Closes mold, pushes it into press or moves lever to raise lift-table.
- Sets timer for specified curing time.
- Pulls mold from press, strips articles from mold.
- Tears flash ring from edge of workpieces.
- Removes rind from molds, using air hose or steel wool.
- May cut preform rubber for molding.

Qualifications:

- 1-year Molding experience.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions.
- Ability to lift 50-75 pounds.
- Good communications skills.
- Must be able to work in high temperature conditions.
