DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Participate in US military training exercises by portraying Mongolian military officers and NCOs, para-military, police, or customs/border control.
• Provide a realistic cultural training experience based on the culture and current events of the nation of Mongolia.
• Portray Mongolian military commanders, primary staff officers and staff NCOs while actively planning and preparing military training exercises
• Participate in simulated NATO-based military planning exercises

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION:

• Must have former experience in the Mongolian military, para-military, police, or customs/border control and be able to provide documentation to prove such experience
• Must be able to proficiently speak, read and write in both English and Mongolian
• Must be a US Citizen or legal immigrant with current work permit and legal residence status
• Must have had residence in US for a minimum 18 months
• Must willingly undergo Counter-Intelligence focused screening (CI Screening) and be fully recommended to participate in US military training by the Fort Meade, MD screening detachment
• Have recent experience for the nation of Mongolia and provide a realistic cultural training experience
• Able to spend extended periods of time outdoors in tactical field conditions in all seasons
• Able to maintain appropriate level of physical endurance and health to operate in austere tactical field conditions under simulated combat operations
• Able to ride in tactical and/or non-tactical vehicles wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
• Able to perform periodic travel as required.
