The Morning Prep individual will work productively in a fast-paced environment and maintain fast speed of service. These employees work closely with other Team Members to complete tasks, follow all safety and security procedures, and conduct other duties assigned by the Restaurant Management Team. Dave’s Hot Chicken adds an upbeat vibe to the hospitality of a traditional chicken sandwich restaurant. With simple operations, DHC serves chicken sandwiches and tenders that explode with flavor. Must Haves:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Humble, hungry and emotionally smart
• Must have reliable transportation
• Flexibility to work mornings, weekends, holidays and opening shifts
• Ability to stand for long periods of time in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude while conducting all duties
• Sufficient physical strength to lift items from 50-75 pounds
• Lives in the Indianapolis area
• Have FUN in a fast-paced food service environment!

The Gig:

• Uphold the DHC Uniform Policy and maintain a cleanly appearance
• Communicate to your Supervisor when training, guidance and practice is needed
• Understand the culture of our store to ensure overall operational success
• Work with Teammates to prepare items on the DHC menu
• Communicate effectively with Team Members and Management
• Use specific kitchen machinery/equipment such as ice cream dispensers, fryers, warmers, etc.
• Ensure Restaurant cleanliness daily by clearing tables, sweeping, and mopping floors, washing/sanitizing/disinfecting kitchen utensils and high touch-point areas, and servicing restrooms
• Follow company guidelines for food and cash controls
• Maintain and minimize Restaurant costs by effectively using all products, supplies, and equipment
• Understand performance expectations and be aware of performance results
• Ensures food quality and 100% customer satisfaction
