Mowing Crew Leader Job at Summit Lawn & Landscape
Our landscapes are immaculate. From Louisburg to Liberty, Lee’s Summit to Lenexa, you’ll be in charge of ensuring each property meets our high standards for excellence and attention to detail. To be successful in this position, you will need to:
- Maintain a good driving record
- Safely operate various types of equipment: Mowers, string trimmers, and blowers
- Manage a crew of 2-3 other team members and communicate effectively with your crew, the client, and the management team
- Maintain lawns, including: Mowing, trimming, blowing, and leaf removal
- Commit to maintaining reliable attendance with good transportation
- Work on designated Saturdays
In exchange for your hard work, dedicated customer service, and attention to detail, we offer a competitive salary and benefits package:
- $18-$22 per hour depending on experience and ability
- Monthly cell phone allowance provided
- Paid time off after 90 days
- Sign on bonus of $250 after 90 days, $250.00 at 6 months, and $500.00 at 12 months. (if certain criteria are met)
- Paid vacation after one year of service
