Position Purpose

Utilize and maintain the facility’s Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), in order to schedule and monitor maintenance work, and trace and document company assets and their maintenance.

Pay

Pay starts at $16.90 and goes to $18 after 90 days. A $1.00 shift premium is in addition to this amount for evening shift positions.

Work Shift

This position will be working night shift on Wednesday through Saturday.

Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks

• Record and provide maintenance reports on KPI's (Dashboard) for the use of management.

• Generate weekly work for maintenance employees

• Enter maintenance data such as, time and work accomplished, from employee timesheets into CMMS

• Update maintenance reports for utility usage and waste water quality conditions and communicate this information through e-mail

• Assist and collaborate with department supervisors to schedule work, create new preventative maintenance (PM) procedures.

• Schedule and print employee timesheets for following day(s)

• Update maintenance reports on employee time and overtime, PM / Non-routine work and project completion, and company downtime and utility usage. Communicate this information through e-mail and hard-copy format.

• Enter data from chemical lab reports into waste water reports

• Generate, print, and sort PMs from CMMS for maintenance employees

• Update report on maintenance work to be done over the weekend (Weekend List), create work orders, and communicate this information to management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred

• Six months experience in data collection preferred

• Skillful use of spreadsheets, word processing and other data collection software.

• Practical use of CMMS an Access based program or other similar software preferred.

• Knowledge of terms and equipment used in the industry

• Ability to utilize a computer to communicate, collect and sort data, and to distribute the data.

• Good people skills to communicate with associates.
