Multifamily Installer / Appliance Installer / Laborer Job at Dewaard & Bode Inc
DeWaard & Bode, Whatcom, and Skagit county's largest, local appliance and mattress retailer are hiring! This Install Crew is a part of an assignment that works remotely at contracted job sites to deliver and install major appliances in condos/apartments in the greater Seattle area (Skagit, Snohomish, and King County). Install Crews travel to contracted job sites in company vehicles and in some cases are requested to stay overnight in company-provided accommodations. As this role does require travel, this role does provide compensation for travel time.
The job is a minimum of 40 hours/week working Monday - Friday! Start working full-time asap at $21/hr. Wage Range $21 - 28/hr

Responsibilities:
- Complete appliance installs in a timely fashion
- Estimate the time to complete installs
- Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
- Deliver, install, and connect appliances for customers.
- Load and unload appliances from a truck
- Test installations to ensure they work.
- Helps deliver items from a central store or warehouse,
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Pass a drug test
- Clean Drivers Record
