Brief Description
A Carney Multimedia Programmer (MP) will be involved in supporting the development of web-based training, immersive learning simulations, and serious gaming projects. The MP team supports software engineers in completing development tasks and will be responsible for updating all courseware content, support documents, technical manuals, guides, and instructions. Ensures functionality of courseware to ensure compliance with performance support standards. We are seeking candidates for full-time positions.
This position is remote.
Responsibilities:
- Support development of web-based training
- Follow detailed checklists to complete tasks without errors
- Work independently as well as within a team environment to achieve client requirements
- Identify opportunities for process improvement
Minimum Requirements:
- U.S. citizen
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in multimedia or as a programmer
- Experience with Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Ability to rapidly learn new software to support requirements
- Possess superior oral and written communication skills
- Be detail oriented in every aspect of work
