Nanny and Family Assistant In Mill Valley

We are a family of three - single, professional mom, eleven-year old daughter, and black lab - looking for a nanny and family assistant to become a part of our family! I am a busy, working mom who runs my own business, and my daughter is an active 11 yr old who loves art/crafts, baking, reading, swimming, circus arts, skiing…and having fun in our neighborhood. I am hoping to find someone who can help us with our day-to-day lives, as well as spend quality time together with my daughter. Our ideal candidate would be someone who is calm, organized, and caring. They should also be able to multi-task and stay organized, as the job entails both childcare and family assistance. Someone who likes to cook/comfortable in the kitchen would be a plus. We offer a competitive salary/compensation depending on experience including holidays, paid vacation, sick days, annual bonus and other perks.

HOURS AND SCHEDULE
*Afternoons - 1-5:30/6pm Monday-Friday, occasional weekday evening
*Mornings - 1-3 mornings a week, flexible with schedule.
*30-35 hours a week guaranteed
*Start date: Would like to start trial days ASAP
*Salary: $30-35+/hour depending on experience

DUTIES
*Childcare
*Healthy meal prep for daughter and prep family dinners
*Driving to/from activities
*Grocery shopping
*Laundry & light tidying (we have regular cleaning person)
*Care for one black lab dog (feed, walk, etc).
*Errands & Other household duties, as needed

REQUIREMENTS
*Experience caring for school age children
*Legal to work in the US
*Mature, calm, and flexible with a positive personality
*Tech savvy
*Multi-tasker, Open and quick to learn new things
*Likes dogs (we have a black lab)
*Fully Covid-19 vaccinated/boosted & up-to-date on other vaccinations
*Comfortable with mom who works from home (has home office)
*Clean driving record & own car
*Prefer college educated (or pursuing degree)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
