Position Title: National Accounts Administrator

Supervisor: Sales Manager

Status: Non-exempt - $22 - $27 per hour DOE

Location: Sacramento, CA 95838

Position Summary: This position is responsible for providing support to the National Accounts and local branch team by analyzing and interpreting the data and processes to provide creative solutions that impact the national account book of business. In addition, provides process and procedure support within branch for inventory management.

Essential Functions
:

  • Provide support and oversight of items like: PCM/Vendor Dart for Lowe’s and IDM/Vendor Drill for Home Depot; maintenance and updates in the sites in connection with Capital Lumber, SKUs, product set up, images and ensuring links are working properly
  • Gather, process and analyze data extraction from portals and provide in a format that can be utilized by account managers to make informed business decisions
  • Provide monthly sales reports to suppliers and account managers to make informed business decisions
  • Work within internal systems like EDI/Agility/Looker to ensure operating correctly and fix any linkage issues that may occur, investigate root cause and resolve
  • Effectively run sales and margin analysis from systems and ensure output meets business needs
  • Agility maintenance- Develop and implement reliable inventory reports to provide branch management insight and forecasts
  • Lead projects that impact National Accounts team regarding internal/external systems, data and process management
  • Work in conjunction with AR Department on some tasks that pertain to the National Account book of business
  • Check POD for discrepancies and scan into system
  • Process freight cost for transfer po’s and will call order
  • Administer RMA process to include audits to ensure quality, consistency, completeness, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Process all billing and invoicing to customers
  • Perform daily tracking of .com products to ensure timely system delivery update and review .com and Home Depot store performance matrix
  • Process Credit Card payment and will call customer paperwork for billing
  • Perform other work-related duties as assigned by your supervisor and be flexible and adaptable to changes that will occur during the course of employment


Education, Experience and Skills Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Minimum 3 plus years Business Analyst or related experience
  • Demonstrated experience developing strong, collaborative business relationships with clients; multi-site environment is preferred
  • High level of confidentially with sensitive information
  • Strong working knowledge of business and corporate policies and procedures
  • Ability to model the Capital values and to provide innovative solutions
  • Ability to drive and be accountable for results in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
  • Ability to anticipate, analyze, and prioritize complex problems including:
  • Ability to present ideas in a clear and compelling manner, both verbally and in written format
  • Strong listening and resolution skills
  • Knowledge of data analysis tools and computer systems technology.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). SharePoint plus Project Enterprise and Agility
  • Must be able to travel occasionally
