Network Integration Specialist Job at Carl Zeiss Vision, Inc.
Working in partnership with the VTS Supervisor the VTS Key-User Technician will lead the team in improving the overall experience of our VTS customers by ensuring:
1. VTS Devices can be integrated with the major EMR/PMS systems in themarket
2. VTS Devices are easy to install and operate, based on keeping sales and support teams fully trained in best practices for installation, operation, and support
3. Operation, support, and troubleshooting documentation kept updated and easily accessible to team
4. A monthly review of service incidents is completed and discussed with VTS Mgmt. to develop long-term fixes for on-going service issues, striving for overall decrease of preventable service incidents
5. All Customer Experience Centers (CEC) are kept fully operational
6. New devices meet market technical needs, by supporting the Global Product Managers in development of these products, in partnership with VTS management team
7. The accessory guide for products is kept updated
8. Reviewing site survey for all key customer orders
9. Monthly participation in VTS Sales and Team meetings to share best practices for improved customer and patient experience
10. Best practices are in place for the inspection and configuration process
Will be responsible for taking a key role in retaining customers, protecting company assets, regulatory reporting and contributing to improvements in the business.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
