As a part of Optum, Reliant Medical Group is seeking an APC to join its ReadyMED Urgent Care Department located in Worcester and Central Massachusetts. APCs provide multi-site coverage across the 6 urgent care locations: Auburn, Hudson, Leominster, Milford Southborough and Worcester. This is an excited opportunity for new graduate APCs to forge their career in Urgent Care.




Qualified candidates will have graduated from an accredited NP or PA program within the last year. Nursing or clinical experience in high acuity or emergency medicine settings preferred. Ability to care for patients across the lifespan required. Must be willing to commit to new graduate onboarding program for up to 1 year.

Required Qualifications:


  • Board Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant
  • Unlimited Licensure in the state of Massachusetts

  • Active DEA License
