LVT/ASSISTANT APPLICANTS need to be comfortable with performing all aspects of veterinary care and educating clients on preventative care. Medical team duties will include patient admits/anesthesia monitoring and recovery/discharges, exam triage/TPR/history/anticipating DVM needs, and performing in-house diagnostics including laboratory and radiology needs.

CLIENT SERVICES APPLICANTS need to be comfortable managing a multi-line phone system; correspondence in-person, and by text, email and phone; strategic scheduling of patients; acting as a liaison between clients and our medical team; client-patient workflow from walk-in the door to heading back out it; and a variety of other tasks to support team members as a professional, high-quality unit.

Familiarity with ezyVet Management Software and Windows/Microsoft programs is ideal, but we can train a standout candidate; IDEXX in-house/reference laboratory and digital radiology familiarity is needed for medical team applicants. Stellar communication with clients, patients and our hospital's team is essential. The positions will include Saturday shifts. As such, flexibility in scheduling is necessary. As we are a small team, you will be cross-trained between departments.
